Phobias? I have none.
As for quirks;
I hate it when someone uses something of mine and doesn't put it back where it belongs. If I have to look for something that wasn't where it was supposed to be I go ballistic (just ask my daughter).
When I get one of those "automated" solicitation phone calls I cannot resist giving the caller an earful. You know the type I'm talking about; the phone rings, you get to it and answer it, and then silence. After you have said hello 3-4 times someone finally comes on and says, "Hello, may I speak to Mr. Bayne?" I then ask them who they are and why they called. The response is usually the same canned response they all give, "I am calling from XYZ Foundation about the upcoming..., yada. yada, yada."
I then stop their speech and ask, "Is my call important to you?" "Yes, Sir," is the typical answer. To which I respond, "THEN WHY THE HELL WEREN'T YOU ON THE PHONE WHEN I ANSWERED IT??!!!!" After they finish stammering, looking for an answer, I explain to them how rude and unprofessional it is to call someone and not even have the courtesy to actually be on the damn phone when I pick up!
At this point they usually hang up.
I have others, but that'll do for now.
