Anyone else playing this? I know Renegade liked it, but I wonder if others have any experience. It has tempted me from the write-ups...

I loved the single player. The game is definately worth getting for that reason alone. The multi player is actually fun too. It is very fast paced and they just released a big patch to fix basically all the bugs. There are a lot of custom maps and different game types. Its a fun game.

Hmmm...What is the plot? I know there is that little crazy girl, and you have super reflexes, but what is the point? I was looking into the game also.

It's a cool game overall. You should download all the patches when you get it so you can get a handle of what the MP is really like. The SP alone is worth it though.

If you like sCary, then the single player is amazing. It's the best single player experience I've had since the original Doom (Which would suck now, but back then I was scared shitless). The Multi SUCKED bad back when I tried it. Network code was all FUBAR. According to some of you, that's been fixed so I may try it again. I agree with everyone though, Single player alone is well worth the price. Make sure you turn down ALL the lights and use headphones though.. Muahahahaha.

had to bring this topic back to life.

My bro gave me F.E.A.R when i built my new comp. I can run it on Max settings and get 40-80 Fps. it is so fricken scary. I have to take it in small doses so i dont piss my pants. Laughing

WHOA!!!!! I had my first experience with F.E.A.R. That is by far the freakiest and disturbing game i ever played. But it is very, very good. My dad told me several times to get off the dern computer. But i was on the edge of my seat because i wanted to see what happens next. Awesome game. I give it a 10 out of 10. Very Happy
