If you are interested, here is an article that explains how to get "toggle" working for using your sights, so you don't have to hold done the right mouse button (or whatever key you assign) while you fire. Just tap the key for "toggle sights" and you stay on iron sights (or scope) until you tap it again, which is more like what we are used to in CODx.
It requires the program AutoHotKey, a scripting program which automates keystrokes...
