Internet is being gay!!

Man everytime I open up the internet it starts acting dumb. This morning my computer kept crashing on me and it was really making me. Well everything keep responding in a dely. I don't know what is wrong. I've tried rebooting, deleting internet temp files blah blah .. Tried removing the programs that are taking up too much space, and when I go to my clan member all they have to say is this it is vista and that is bull. This started today. I'm going to defrag and run my anti virus and spyware protection tonight to see if that might fix it. Please help!!!

have you called your ISP? there may be need for a firmware update. or, maybe they are working on lines in your area. you need to call them to rule out problems on their end, first.

hmm, well I was just messing with it. When I click "Run as an administraitor" Its fine now, and fast as ever. Does anyone know how to set it up to where everything is ran as an administraitor. I'm the only one who uses this computer and I have the admin rights, I don't see why it wouldn't do it on its own.

no, you dont want to run everything as admin, just the programs you use frequently
