hey i saw this on another site and thought some of you guys would be interested in it.

Hello all,

I am curveball and I am a web marketing specialist. I have a client who is having a contest and I thought I'd share it with you guys. I know most sites have rules against any advertising, but I don't really think that this is advertising since their site doesn't compete in the graphics niche and the contest they are having is for graphics designers, hence you guys. If its not o.k. for me to post this here, then please feel free to remove it and let me know where I can post it legally.

Ok, they are a Hollywood movie production company and they are running a contest in conjuction with their first film. They are looking for people who would like to enter a wallpaper design based on the theme of phobias. The winners wall paper will be the official wallpaper of the movie and they will recieve a Wacom Graphics Tablet. Its free to enter and eligible to anyone so I hope you guys take the opportunity to participate.

They are also preparing to run a poster contest with their second movie which is in post production as we speak, the winners poster to be the official poster for the movie. I'll post that one when it comes up if you will allow me to.

I would like to encourage ALL person's that have experience with this (even the new guys) to enter...you never know what they could be looking for.......

This sounds fun. I haven't done anything in a while and wallpapers give you more room to be creative than sigs. If I can find the time I might give it a go. Oh and thanks for the "props".
