OK, this game does not work. from Bioshock support page:
If you are receiving the error message “Download Server Not Responding” during the install process, there may be two reasons this is occurring:
1. You may have strong firewall settings that are blocking the connection to the Internet. Try to avoid firewall settings during game installation.
2. Your browser settings need to be adjusted. If your default browser is Mozilla Firefox or Opera, your specific settings will need to be added to Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is necessary in order to successfully activate this game.

no, I've been working on it for 2 hours... none of the trouble shooting is doing a damned bit of good, and now it's time for work. I am gonna have to call them tomorrow.

That is why you just purchase it for the 360, and you dont have to go through all of this.

Actually you can it is possible to run linux win 98 and a stripped down xp on the xbox and use it like a pc but by all accounts it runs slowly,here is a bit of info from a quick google.Not that I understand it I think this is possible due to having win media centre recognition on the 360,as it can see my media centre on my wireless laptop and access it by putting some codes in.
