Cyber showed me once how to use brushes and where to download them. I believe the folder (in a default installation) is Program Files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop CS2>Presets>Brushes>Adobe Photoshop Only. Place your .abr files in there and then you can load them once your in Photoshop.
