Join me in congratulating my son, KingSpartan.
He made his first slam dunk yesterday (8-29-2007). 
He enjoys playing basketball, so this is a nice accomplishment.
I would guess the squats and deadlifts we did together over the summer were a help in achieving this.
Keep up the weightlifting, and basketball practice.
Win or lose, I hope you enjoy a good season this year.
