I saw the video reviews....just looks like another shooter that barely even looks next gen (graphic wise). A short single player campaign (people completing in under 6 hours) and the multiplayer isn't that much of an improvement over Halo 2 and as I wouldn't have Xbox Live anyway, for the single player alone it would come off as disapointing.
P.S

The ending sucks too Rolling Eyes

None of the consoles have really impressed me in terms of upcoming releases. The PC lineup on the otherhand looks very promising.

I've got it and played it all night last night. I still don't buy the hype. It has it's fun factors, and it has it's same old Halo retardedness. The only I play is it because that's what everyone else is playing right now.

I do like the new high def screen shot system and the ability to go back and watch all your previous games and take clips of them.

I heard a lot of the disks were actually being shipped scratched to hell. Many customers had their Halo 3 disks scratched before even placing it into the console.

I for one love the game, storyline, and the multiplayer. I rate it.....A 10/10. Go ahead and start the flames for my rating.

I figured it must be short. Because I looked on Youtube yesterday, the very day it came out, and there were already some twenty videos of people recording the ending. My only replies were basically either the game is real short.... or they just have no life.

I just finished campaign yesterday....extremely gay. I don't recall a single part throughout the whole single player that gave me one of those "wow" moments. I would say this whole game has been a big let down for me, but to be honest with you, I wasn't even going to buy it in the first place.

That just depends on whether you are bothered about finishing the story line as it is part 3 But a friend of mine loves it and he has never played the others.They reckon it is short but I am still on with it and enjoying it. Waiting for my orange hl2 box now
