This site is awesome for all sorts of video. Music videos/concerts, movies, documentaries, anime, TV shows, etc.

You will have to download the Divx web player to view the videos, but it's worth it.
It may be confusing to some on how to find what they are looking for, but all you need to do is search for videos with the "Videos" link, search for channels (user created areas where multiple videos are stored...with a theme, such as Gaming, Martial Arts, etc.) with the "Channels" link, etc.
They have a flagging system where you have to have a registered account in order to view videos flagged as 18+. You would have to go into your settings and uncheck the box that filters explicit content. If you don't stop filtering explicit content you will miss out on a lot of media as even a music concert that contains a few cuss words could possibly be filtered.
