Time Shift Demo |

What another turd!
What's the deal with all these games that LOOKED so promising a few weeks and months ago but so far the demos have been sinking like the Titanic??
It's like the AI in these games instead of becoming more sophisticated have become dumber. I had 2 enemies in the Time Shift demo walk right next to me and just crouch and they did nothing even when I shot and wounded one of them!
The AI scripting is horrible and very predictable which makes replay very boring and uneventful. I felt like a mouse going through a maze because there is no way to explore the map, no going off the pre-set route and so far it seems like there is only one direction or way to go to complete your objective.
The weapons are cool and plentiful and stopping time and learning how to manipulate your environment is a great touch but that's it. It's just a dull game and I can't see how the MP will be any better....which kinda ticks me off because the game makers expect people to dish out $50 or more for a game that basically is no better than the very first Unreal.
I just hope the COD4 game pulls through and makes up for the Crysis, Time Shift, Quake Wars and UT 2007 flops.

Totally agree about Timeshift. There was nothing that really got my attention. It was 'Meh' at best.
I do not agree on Crysis, and UT3 flopping. Them games are fantastic. However I do agree that Timeshift and Quake Wars really were bad.

I pretty much agree with all of this on the Multiplayer aspect.
- I think Crysis will be fine for Single Player. Looks amazing but I can alread ytell it will be just like FarCry Multi. Which was garbage.
- I'm trying to withhold judgement on UT3 until the full game comes out. Allot of the good game modes isn't in the demo plus the textures are extremely compressed so that the size of the demo could be small. But the demo felt EXACTLY like UT2K4 with a little better graphics to me.
- Quake Wars.... Don't get me strarted. Soooooo dissapointed. 
I noticed you didn't include TF2. That's because IT FREAKIN RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eh...cause I don't have TF2 as of now. I'm waiting on COD4 and if that's a good single and multi player I may then go ahead and grab the Orange Box.....if COD4 bites, we'll I'll sell my computer, give up on gaming and take up golf.
