My Ventrilo won't work!

Ok, here's the deal, in recent weeks my Ventrilo has been going off and on again. I can hear you guys, but you can't hear me. Sometimes my sound on the computer goes out altogether. I have to reboot to get the sound on the computer to work again, but Ventrilo still isn't working right.

I use Ventrilo version 2.3.2Beta3 and until recently it was working fine. I haven't changed any settings, except to turn up my outbound to the maximum. Can anyone give me some idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Don't use the beta fun had the same problem.And try reinstalling your sound drivers.

i had a problem when i used the beta version , but not from the start .
it worked fine for a couple of weeks before i had some problems .

i tryd the beta version because i wanted to know what it did with the lcd on my g15 keyboard .
i did go back to the older version .... works fine for me .

if you're sound complete goes down , i think it's more a driver issue .
reinstall the soundcard and see what happens .
if only vent won't work , go back for the normal version .
