Screen blackout |

Has this happened to anyone else while playing COD4?
I'm in the game, then all of a sudden my screen goes black (as if changing resolutions) then comes back after maybe a second. It doesn't happen all of the time, just every once in a while. If so, does anybody know why, or a way to fix it?

| I don't recall having that happen to me. Did it start when you got that new monitor?

It started before the monitor, and COD4 is the only game that does it.

#1. Updated Drivers
#2. Is it character modles/gun that turns black or does your screen just shut off
#3. If you answered yes to number 2 there is a command you type in that fixes it...but you sacrifice alot of FPS.
