I am just about to bust, so I had to tell my pards in uZa. I just got my grades for my third semester at my community college. In order to move on to a four-year university I had to take and pass (with a C or higher) some level of required math. Anything less and I would have to take math again. Some of you know, based on conversations we have had, that I SUCK AT MATH! I was poor at it in high school thirty years ago and I haven't gotten any better over the years. Knowing, as I did, that I must pass this class, and knowing the cost of the class since I was paying for it, I applied myself and really buckled down on the work. I GOT A B!!!!! WOOHOO!! Four A's and a B, and now one more semester at community college before moving on to a four-year university. My professor was very helpful and patient with me and that went a long way toward helping me get that grade, so I made it a point to thank her profusely. I hope I'm not boring you guys with this, but I can't tell you what a relief this is. I just wanted to share it with my friends. Now I think I'll go cry tears of joy over my old math textbook before selling it back to the school bookstore. _________________ Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage!
