HP must have changed thier printers... I have an HP Deskjet 1220C Professional Series and have only had minor problems with it... If the paper tray is too empty or too full, it likes to pull more than 1 sheet of paper, and it really goes through ink when printing photo quality graphics full size on tabloid paper (11" x 17")... My current issue is that I can't use it at all... My new computer has no parallel port, and the printer has no usb port... I bought a USB to Parallel cable, but it doesn't work... I need to break down and buy a parallel port PCI card one of these days...
And don't suggest geting a new printer... This one was $450, the PCI cards are $50... For some reason, printers that can do large prints are rare...
