On my computer at the office, all pictures that I download are in jpeg format. On my home computer, they look like a white tile with colored boxes in the middle.
Can anyone tell me how to get the computer to put pictures in jpeg format?

Elaborate a bit more ? It could just be a security thing not ticked in Ie if thats what you use.
