Disable automatic restart....
Control Panel> System > "Advanced" tab > Startup and Recovery "Settings" > "Automatically restart" uncheck
At least that will let you see your BSOD to let you know what is wrong, then just take note of the error it gives you, usually may have a driver problem.
STOP anfakngfa.sys 0x000000F or something like that, just write down those set of 0's.

Get something that reads the temps and records an error log. I use my mobo tool abit guru w/ equalizer. I had the same issue, and it ended up being my cpu overheating.
Sometimes a dying nvidia videocard will do the same thing.
Power supply issue...
Make sure your knee isn't hitting the reboot button... lol
Update all drivers, no betas..

Generally not a temp problem if it reboots, motherboards are designed to shut down rather than reboot when a temperature threshold is reached. More likely a driver issue, perhaps exacerbated by a recent Window update. Do check that you have the most recent release version of drivers for your motherboard chip set, video card, sound card / chip, etc.

thanks. I just redid my hard drive a couple of weeks ago and installed the latest drivers...so i am not sure what it could be, although Eagle it was doing this before too and no one could tell me why...i updated a driver for my onboard sound, and that seemed to help...but not cure the problem. Soo I think you are close Eagle with it being a driver issue. My power supply is less than 1 year old.
