Wow... I actually went and got this game, and it's really good. The graphics are at about Call of Duty 2 level of quality, and it's all sniping all the time. You go on missions with a minimap and a radar ala COD, and use your sniper rifle (right click to zoom - you can crouch, lay down, hold your breath just like COD, even the same default keys), or pick up MP40's or pistols off dead bodies. You can even knife guys (for CG). No multiplayer as far as I can see, but a pretty fun single player game.
Note to Vista users. You need to right click the icon and run this in WindowXP SP3 compatibility mode.

It's not bad. You hit Tab to see your mission objectives and M to see a minimap of where you need to go. Little green dots on the radar show you where there are good rooftops, water towers, or high windows to snipe from (of course Amok and Snipsie will sniff these out by pure instinct! LOL).
The biggest challenge seems to be getting ammo for the sniper rifle. You can't waste it. You can find MP40 and pistol rounds and nades on dead bodies as you move through the mission and kill things, but to get more ammo for the rifle you need to track down an enemy sniper and kill him (before he gets you) so you can get his ammo.
You can hit things from a LONG way off, but you have to settle in so your heart rate comes down and "hold your breath" to get the little circle on the crosshairs to line up on the guys head. You also have to watch the wind and may have to aim a bit above the guy to account for gravity / trajectory on those 300 yard shots.
Pretty fun. You have to sneak around a lot to scope out where the bad guys are in an area, then find good locations to take them out from. If you charge in without some planning, you will be dead quickly. It's not a run-and-gun game at all.

This is pretty good I got it for next to nothing from fleabay.Not run and gun.This also plays on my vista without using compatibility mode.Now need to get some patience,got killed within 2 minutes of starting.

Actually I only hate the people who are no good at the game who constantly snipe the spawn point,thats poor play in my book.I would rather nade the spawn

No multiplay, but the single play is not bad. It's a bit glitchy in spots, but I'd give it 7 out of 10. The effect when you shoot from a mile away (holding your breath to steady the gun, adjusting for wind) and you get a closeup of the bullet zoooooming all the way into the guy's head is impressive.
