I threw one together that i rather liked...
Spicy Hot sausages (those 5 pack ones..)
Spaghetti noodles
parmesan cheese
red and green pepper
onion
salt & pepper
parsley flakes
italian seasoning
Just slice the sausages up and cook them alone for awhile... throw the noodles on to boil...
Toss the veggies in after the meat is browned, get them nice and hot, but still crisp.
Mix egg and the cheese in the noodles after draining the water. add the seasonings..
Tada... nice pasta paltter.... very simple and very good. I just made it up after seeing a picture on something that looked like it.

Ok, a staple for meat eaters is a good steak. I like to prepare mine as follows:
Start with a good cut of meat. When we owned a supermarket I wqould always get the butcher to cut mine about two-three inches thick.
Make sure its a lean.
I take two forks and just go crazy perforating both sides of the steak. This allows the marinate to seep into them as they sit in the 'frig.
Place them in a glass baking dish and pour italian dressing over them on both sides. Make sure they are covered evenly with dressing and then allow them to sit in the 'frig for at least 2-3 hours. More time is better if you can.
Whether you grill outdoors or in the oven (broil) they will be tender and tasty. You probably won't even need a knife to cut them.
Enjoy!

I love homemade salsa...I love trying different kinds.
Greek salad...yummy....has to have lots of garlic....I let my dressing sit in the fridge for 2-3 days.
One of my favorite recipes is...
Swiss Chicken Cutlets...
Ingredients
4 slices of Swiss cheese slices
4 chicken cutlets or 4 boneless breasts pounded
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine (or more chicken broth)
1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions
Place a cheese slice on each cutlet. Roll the cutlet (ie. like a jelly roll) and tie with kitchen string. Melt margarine in non-stick pan. Roll each cutlet in flour and pepper. Cook the cutlets in the margarine until golden. Add wine, broth, and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer 15 mins or until sauce thickens.
