Just got this today, and if you are into this kind of 3rd Person RPG / Action game you might want to take a look. Unbeliveable graphics. The "in-game" graphics are better than the cut-scenes of most games. Uses DX10 if you are running Vista (and have a decent rig), or DX9 on XP.
