ANY SUGGESTIONS.... THX IN ADVANCE! I DON'T KNOW. YOU MIGHT TRY DISABLING ALL ADD-ONS IN "TOOLS / MANAGE ADD-ONS" TO SEE IF SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED IS CAUSING A PROBLEM. You might also check out your Caps Lock button.
