You remember the CRAZE, then the BANNING of slap bracelets ( I used to have slap bracelets)
You still get the urge to say "NOT" after every sentence.
You ever owned a pair of Jelly-Shoes. (Oh I did! LoL)

You ever got seriously injured on a Slip and Slide.
You have ever played with a Skip-It. (Those where AWESOME!)

You knew all the characters names and their life stories on Saved By the Bell", the ORIGINAL class.

You remember when the new Beanie Babies and talking Elmo were always sold out. (LOL I have bags of beanie babies)
You remember a time before the WB

When we were younger:

When light up sneakers were cool.

When you rented VHS tapes not DVDs.

When gas was $0.95 a gallon & Caller ID was a new thing.

When we recorded stuff on VCRs & paid $3.50 for a movie.

When we called the radio station to request songs to hear off our walkmans.

Way back.

Before we realized all this would eventually disappear

Who would have thought you'd miss the 90's so much!!!!!

You're an 80's child if...

(I did most of these)

- You had a crush on one of the New Kids on the Block members. (loved Hanging Tough....Jordan was my favorite NKOTB...

....pretty sad...

- You wore a banana clip or one of those slap on wrist bands at some point during your youth.

- You had slouch socks, and puff painted your own shirt at least once.

- You know the profound meaning of "Wax on, Wax off."

- You can name at least half of the members of the elite "Brat Pack."

- You can remember watching full house and saved by the bell for endless hours.

- You have seen at least 10 episodes of Fraggle Rock.

- You hold a special place in your heart for "Back to the Future."

- You know where to go if you "wanna go where everybody knows your name."

- You thought Molly Ringwald was REALLY cool. (Was there an 80's movie she WASN'T in?)

- You know what "Sike" means.

- You fell victim to 80's fashion: big hair, crimped, combed over to the side, and you wore spandex pants

- You wanted to be a Goonie ("Goonies never say die.")

- You know all the words to "ice ice baby" & You remember M.C hammer.

- You can still sing the rap to "fresh Prince of BelAir".

- You own any cassettes.

- You have ever pondered why Smurfette was the ONLY female smurf.

- You had a crush on one of the Coreys (Haim or Feldman).

- You had WonderWoman or Superman underoos. (still do... Wink

80's....

--- wore duct tape on my chuck taylors..

--- Bangs were longer than the rest of my hair.

--- Tried the mushroom haircut for awhile

--- Always watched CHiPs..

--- Wanted to see Tiffany & Debbie Gibson mud wrestle

--- Thought the VW GTi was the best car ever, like so radical.

--- Had to have the latest Genera Hyper color shirts.

--- Banaca was a fad in school, if you didn't walk around spraying breath spray all the time, you were a geek.

--- You though domestic beers were good.

--- You know what the hell the cartoon MASK is.
