Why do I get this when trying to join a server?

have seen that a lot of times 
after refreshing the list , i close the game
open the game again , don't refresh serverlist , just try to connect to a server , should be fine

Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running
around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music...

there will get a fix for it , so many people seem to have this .
we are playing on it in the evenings ..... oops , daytime for you
