NOPE. Just resets your unlocks and when you lvl again your insignia is different.. believe me I'm on my third prestige

Don't you unlock another custom class slot?
I know we do on the 360
Back on CoD4 we had prestige, too. The only reason I did it was to keep interested in the game. It was fun trying to accomplish the challenges again, and it teaches you to not depend too much on certain guns and perks.
