does that work on 7 home premium too ?

nvm : Windows XP Mode and Windows Virtual PC, available on Windows 7 Professional and Windows 7 Ultimate, allow you to run multiple Windows environments, such as Windows XP Mode, from your Windows 7 desktop.

I have fancied playing the original COD single player for ages so here you go. I installed it, COD on windows 7 with no problem at all so UO will run fine too. :) No HD or widescreen but its 5 years old. COD will not run on 64 bit though if I remember right.

Today's Update: for Fun, LE or Ren...

I did load CODUO onto my Win7 (x64) machine last night with no problems. BUT when I go to start the program I get this message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Buffer Overrun Detected
"A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated."

Is this bad? :roll: Thanks guys for the help... 8-)

the only game on it is cod MW2 , they call me a lazy git sometimes , but it's the only game i play atm
think MW2 takes less from the pc than MW1 did (?)
i have installed some other things (office , ventrilo , everest (thanks eagle) , teamviewer , and some other little things) ..... everything works great .

i used XP before , and sometimes a few minutes vista on my wifes pc , was thinking it would take some time to get used to 7 ... like it allready !

Stick another hard drive in. Put 32 bit and UO on that and dual boot it.
