Here is a fairly new service / site for finding videos on the web. It is really fantastic and searches a variety of sites for the video you are looking for (Youtube, Google, MTV, you name it...) shows a preview at the top of the page with snapshots of the video at various points so you can be sure it's the one you want before you watch it.

Once you have found a video you like, you can embed it here in the forums (spam thread anyone?) by using the "vsurf" BBCode I have put in.

On the right of the video on VideoSurf, there is an "embed code". Get the WIDTH, HEIGHT and ID CODE from this and use them to embed the video
