Everyone using Firefox should really get this... (Everyone using IE should just sell their computer and be done with it)  http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html Best way to install it is to 1) Get MozBackup from here: http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/download.php 2) Backup your current Firefox setup (bookmarks, extensions etc) using MozBackup 3) Uninstall Firefox 4) Install the new beta 5) Restore all your settings using MozBackup All set... |

Installed and running... Thanks Eagle... Just an FYI for others, when you go to restore your settings with MozBackup, it will try to default to a file with the new version of firefox as the filename... You will need to change this, but it should be the only other *.pcv file in you documents directory... In my case, it wanted to load "Firefox 3.5b4 (en-US) - 2009-04-28.PCV", and told me that the backup was not found or was corrupted... I had to select "Firefox 3.0.10 (en-US) - 2009-04-28.PCV" and everything was flawless... |
