To be completely honest with you, he hasn't looked a whole lot better as far as staring down receivers and making accurate throws. With that said, the Titans are using him how he should have been used in the first place. Lots of bootlegs and running the option play with VY and Chris Johnson. It's letting his potential shine through. Johnson is really going to be the main factor of taking pressure off of Vince so he can succeed. That guy is just on another level right now. VY is looking more and more solid each game and hasn't been making the bone head plays and then getting down on himself. He's been putting in hard work during the week that he wasn't doing before. I think he finally may be growing up. Our schedule has also been a lot easier since the bye week, but that doesn't take away that a QB change has made the team start playing again. The debacle against the Pats was a Titans team that just gave up. They didn't care anymore. They really needed a change and I think it worked out for the better right now. Oh, btw, I know everyone loves Bud Adams here.  Here was his reaction after the game: |

@*#$%@#&$%*(@#$(% Makes me nuts that I only get to see highlights. From what I saw he looked good but most importantly, it looked like the recievers were REALLY working hard on those catches. Sometimes it just takes a little more effort than average to make a QB look like a stud.I swear, if you guys get past Indy I just might start believing in them going undefeated the rest of the way! That would be amazing. |

That would be amazing. The Titans have been playing Indy a lot closer the past few times (except earlier this season) so I wouldn't put it past them. The Titans still have a lot of defensive problems, but with the magic that this team has right now, you never can tell. If it comes down to it at least we can play spoiler and keep pulling for Chris Johnson to break Eric Dickerson's rushing record. |
