They are still there... The new smilies were getting out of control and you had to scroll down a mile to get to the "Submit" button, so I have set it up so that all new smilies are available by clicking on the "View more smilies" link under the standard ones. A new tab/window will pop up with all the smilies. Just click on the one(s) you want and then click "Close Window" at the bottom. The smilies will be in your message.
