911 Call: Man's Viagra Experiment Goes Wrong!
A man in Washington County found out why a prescription is needed for Viagra.

The man called 911 and when asked what he needed medical assistance for, the man said, “I took two Viagra pills and my erection has been up for four days. There haven't been any sign of change whatsoever and I'm really sick."

The man said he has some other side effects as well.

He admitted to the 911 operator that he got the blue pills off the street and that he was already on two other prescriptions, one for depression and one for bi-polar disorder.

Doctors said Viagra should only be taken by those with a prescription and under a doctor's care.

Cop Steals Pot, Makes Brownies, Calls 911
DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) - A police officer in this Detroit suburb was allowed to resign after admitting he took marijuana from criminal suspects and, with his wife, baked it into brownies.
The department's investigation began with a 911 call from Sanchez's home on April 21, 2006. On a 5-inute tape of the call, obtained by the Free Press under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, Sanchez told an emergency dispatcher he thought he and his wife were overdosing on marijuana.

"I think we're dying," he said. "We made brownies and I think we're dead, I really do."

Sanchez later told police investigators that his wife took the marijuana out of his police vehicle while he was sleeping. In a subsequent interview, he admitted he got the marijuana out of the car himself, put it in the brownie mix and ate the brownies.

Florida Woman Calls 911 After McDonald's Runs Out of McNuggets
A Florida woman called 911 three times after she paid for a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets at a McDonald's but the fast-food restaurant ran out of them and refused to give her a refund.

Latreasa L. Goodman, 27, made the calls after she tried to get her money back from a Fort Pierce McDonald's and the cashier told her all sales were final. Police released the 911 tapes.

"This is an emergency. If I would have known they didn't have McNuggets, I wouldn't have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don't want one," police quoted her as saying. "This is an emergency."

HILLSBORO, Ore. - A woman who called 911 in hopes of another look at “the cutest cop I’ve seen in God knows how long” won’t go to jail for misusing the emergency system, a judge decided.

She will do two years of probation and 100 hours of community service, and pay $693 in fines and fees.

And across the big pond this:

Woman calls emergency services to report missing hamster.
What's not to love about a hamster? They're pocket-sized, fuzzy and make great substitute racehorses. But one Yorkshire, England, woman took her love of the small rodents a step too far by calling 999 (the British equivalent of 911) when her beloved pet escaped.

"It's my hamster. It's got out of its cage. It's gone into the bathroom and it's gone down into the floorboards," the woman can be heard telling an emergency-line operator in the recently released recording of her frantic 999 call. A short time later, she asks the operator, "Is there any chance anyone could come and help me get it out?"

WTF???

Man calls 911 to save him from police.
Cops had surrounded Fla. resident after they got word of a bar disturbance.
LARGO, Fla. - A 38-year-old man was arrested after he called 911 and told a dispatcher he was surrounded by police officers and needed help, authorities said.

Police officers met Dana Farrell Shelton after being called to investigate a disturbance at a bar on Sunday but had found no problems and told him to move along.

Shelton, who officers said appeared intoxicated, then called 911 to report he was "surrounded by Largo police," according to an arrest affidavit.

Man calls 911 after Subway left sauce off sandwich.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Jacksonville police say Reginald Peterson needs to learn that 911 is not the appropriate place to complain that Subway left the sauce off a spicy Italian sandwich.

Police said the 42-year-old man dialed 911 twice last week so he could have his sub made correctly. The second call was to complain that officers weren't arriving fast enough.

Subway workers told police Peterson became belligerent and yelled when they were fixing his order. They locked him out of the store after he left to call police.

When officers arrived, they tried to calm Peterson and explain the proper use of 911. Those efforts failed, and he was arrested on a charge of making false 911 calls.
