I can actually do this type of work, but with the plastering and all, I just prepared it this time. A friend of ours who is a builder gave us a great price to use his building team. That way we got it done a bit faster, as we also had a loo put in downstairs too. CG the flooring is a really thick vinyl its nice and warm as well.

Now I feel like doing some renovations. We put tile in the bathroom downstairs and it is too cold. Our friends had the same vinyl in their place and at first i thought it was tile. Looks good Ren, nice and bright. _________________

There was another layer of blue and white tiles beneath those 
so I took those off too, and all the plaster fell off the wall
