Listen. If two people by name (NisseFar and Nivek) wants to add you to their list, not accept. It is a virus.Tell it to everyone on your list because if one person on your list adds him or her, you get it too. It is a hard drive killer and a very horrible virus. Please pass it on to everyone on your list. We need to find out who it is. Pass the word on |

Pappy, Thanks for the heads up but this is an old hoax flying around from way back in 2009. check out this thread  simply a friends request won't torch your HDD. Just careful not to click on any links from people you don't know, and in some cases don't accept them from peps you do know.

I agree with {uZa}I_DI_EZ, it just not possible when accepting a friend request. None-the-less, thanks for giving a warning about what you thought was a real issue.

Me I don't really care, I was asked to pass it to my friends ( I did ) I copy and pasted the messege and I also know that it wouldn't download anything to my hdd and as for posting it. Mattbaker asked me to so here it is. Have a nice day ( ps. I'm not really as dumb as people may think ) |

Regardless, it's time I clean up my "friends" on Steam. Most of them are people I don't know, and rather not know that my dumb brother added a long time ago. |
