Post subject:  Health care reform
The question for today's paper was this:

Question: Should President Barack Obama’s current health care reform plans be approved or rejected by Congress at this time? Why or why not?

Here is the answer submitted by myself, and judging from many of the other responses, I am not alone in my opinion:

All of Obama's health care reform plans need to be rejected, not only by Congress, but also by anyone who has a job with benefits. Who does he think he is, expecting those of us who work for a living, and already getting taxed to death to pay for welfare, to start paying even MORE taxes, so that someone with no drive or ambition can be HANDED the same health care that we have worked to EARN for ourselves? Here's a better idea Mr. President, FIX THE INSURANCE COMPANIES FIRST!

Personally, my question is...

What are they going to do about all the current unfunded commitments???

Bernanke better get to adding some 0's to that bank account!! I mean the fed already made up $1 trillion to buy stuff with already, why not a few trillion more... I just hope the rest of the world doesn't catch on. :shock: Then we are in trouble. No wonder they never audit the Federal Reserve.

I just hope I have a chance to get everything me and my parents own out of government bonds before the crap hits the fan.
