I eat all kinds of junk, but I have worked very hard to cut my portions down to much smaller sizes.
I still go a little over board every now and then, but in general I am eating less of the same stuff as always.
Also I have been lifting weights.
I've been switching back and forth between power lifting and bodybuilding every 3 months.
Currently I am bodybuilding which burns more fat, so thats why I probably got a boost recently.
So don't be a pig and start pumping iron, that's the best advise I have.
