Making a nice soup after a nice day skiing.
Its easy to make, all you need is some spicy sausage about 4-5 cut up, 3 medium potatoes, a can of chick peas, and couple handfuls of spinach.
cook sausage, add chicken stock about 1.5 liters, then potatoes cut small, cook with a bay leaf and some oregano. then after the potatoes get almost soft add the chick peas and the spinach serve with some bread, i got a Tuscan style loaf from my dads bakery this time. Its a dish from the Balkans

was fun, the morning it was snowing alot. so we had alot of fresh powder, sunshine is even going to be open to the end of MAY!!! long season this year
