I have not been around much, working out some stuff. and might even be moving out of the city, towards east coolie. me and my two buddys are looking at getting a small farmhouse, and me and my buddy cohen might be getting some small manager jobs at a ranchers butcher shop, country meats. hes got the first junior manager job, and ive either got the second or another job, both paying the same.

Making Osso Bucco tonight, love this dish!
Hey CG if ever in Calgary check out Bashra foods near Sunridge. its a Middle eastern/North african/Indian grocery store, but they have a decent butcher shop, and some of the cheapest osso bucco shanks ive ever found, the beef shanks were only about $7 for 2 shanks about 1.5lbs. i got a bunch to stock up, and a ton of lamb cuts. But beware if you are squeamish, they sell alot of prime organs, and you can even buy heads, and dun dun daaa lamb testicals lol
I buy up organs since its cheap and very good for you
