My only suggestions would be:
1. See if you can purchase it on their website, if they will ship to the US...
2. See if your local dealer can/would order it for you...
3. See if you can find the same thing on ebay...
4. Take a road trip to Canada and buy one...
Is a nice looking bag, good luck...

PM SGT. Holinyourhead, he has one on his bike.
I am going to be in Michigan in July, I could cross the border into Windsor and get it for you if their is a dealer there.

HiTech I would do that but the duties alone will double the price. The local dealer will not order it because the US version is not the same as what the rest of the world gets. The US version sucks. I have looked on Ebay and Ebay around the world. No joy. I would take a trip to Canada but I need the bag in order to take the trip. Ill be damned if I go to Canada and not visit Banf. When I visit Banf it will be on the motorcycle.
Spam. here is what I suggest. Do you have a pay pal account? if so I will paypal you the money. You can order the part online. When it gets to you find out the size and weight of the package and look on the fedex or ups website about shipping cost. I will again paypal you money and you can ship it. Does this sound reasonable to you?
Bodybag your idea may also work. I know from the website its a $100 item. I can paypal you the money or however you want it. Same goes for the shipping to get it to Cali.

If anyone is interested in ordering a Large Yamaha Tank bag as seen on fjrgoodies.com I have found a new source. Guru Glen can no longer get them as they have been discontinued in Canada (his source). In searching I found them in Yamaha Europe and at a Netherlands dealer who has been very helpful and communicative via email. It is, with shipping, 133.15 Euros (or $180). The part number is YMD-20010-95-00 and the gentleman I have been dealing with is Frans at email address "info@motolife.nl"
See ya'll at EOM!

FJR Goodies no longer sells the good ones. I am on the FJR forums and they stopped selling the good ones late last year. Thanks for thinking of me though.
