Got Aerosmith today! |

I debated with myself all week about getting this game. I finally bit the bullet and picked it up today. I haven't regretted that decision one bit.
If you're looking for difficulty, don't get this game. If you're looking for extremely fun songs, get this game. I five starred everything on expert first try, but I had a blast doing it.
The Good:
- They fixed the hammer ons / pull offs to make them almost as hard as GH2.
- The lag seems to be a lot better.
- Over charting is very scarce.
- Good selection of Aerosmith songs.
- The other bands involved turned out to be fun.
- Cool, informative cut scenes that feature the band members talking.
- Pro Face-off can now be played with varying difficulties.
- Achievements are realistic and easier to get while maintaining a good balance of challenge.
The bad-
- You are forced to use Joe Perry's fretboard, and it is AWFUL! I mean this thing destroys your eyes and makes the notes harder to see. This is definately the worst part of the game.
- A few of the bonus songs are just not fun to play.
- No downloadable content.
- $60 price tag for an add on game. (ridiculous)
- JOE PERRY'S FRET BOARD!!! AAAAHHHHH!!!!
In conclusion I would suggest that if you like Aerosmith and you like GH (don't have to love either one), go out and pick up this game. I'll end up playing this more than GH3.
