Since I sell for a living, I have fear of walking under ladders and black cats so that I don't get jinxed for like, 7 years or something. I will go so far as turn my car around if I see a black cat cut across the road. 
The other fear of late is Microsoft and their wonderful Beta release of Vista which completely trashed my home computer this weekend. I followed the update instructions to the T and still the whole machine is a paperweight.

i dont see why everyone whines about vista it came with my new comp and i dont really have any problems i just play games on it

i dont see why everyone whines about vista it came with my new comp and i dont really have any problems i just play games on it |
That's just it, anybody doing the upgrade had nothing but complaints and headaches. Anybody who did a fresh install had a ton less headaches. Which shouldn't be the case, but that's Microsoft for ya.

Never, EVER "upgrade" Windows from one version to another. This has always been true, and has nothing to do with Vista. Always do a clean install.

One of my quirks...it drives my hubby crazy...
Everytime I lock a door to the house....car etc... I have to either say outloud "it's locked" or spell Lock....
Or otherwise I will be heading back to check if it is locked...
I am cured now from checking the door 4-5 times like I use to.
