If you go pretty much straight up and them curve over the top and dive, you can get rid of gravity for a few seconds. In the air force they call the plane they do this with to train astronauts the "Vomit Comet".

What is the longest flight you have been on Eagle? I had the chance to fly in a plane similar to that....
A friend flew up from the states in his plane to visit. He got stranded....bad weather.....he didn't take me up.
It would of been fun.

Longest nonstop flight about 2 hours or so. There are 6 or 7 private airports in my general neck of the woods (north into Maryland, west into West Virginia, south to about the middle of Virginia - east is toward DC and I will get shot down, so no east...) that are fun to hop around to. To be honest my favorite part of flying is the landings, so I like to fly a circuit around 3 or 4 airports and do landings and takeoffs at each. I will stop at one of them for lunch, or stretch it out so I can get some night landings in. (I have to do 3 night landings every 90 days or so to keep current with that).
You should have gone up with your friend. It really is a lot of fun!

If I ever get out to that part of the world I will drop in at Calgary Springbank Airport (about 10 miles from Calgary) and you can meet me there. We can take a scenic flight around the area. If we climb up to around 5,280 feet there is a club we can join!
