OMG!!!!!! Favre is my new hero!!! This could really help us out! We've been needing a new QB and might bring us to the playoffs. I just hope he works well with our offense.

Clemens is not doing so hot....and Pennington isn't doing much better. Hopefully Favre can pull my team through.

I've lost major respect for Favre over the past few years. Congrats on the pick up, but my goodness, I'm sick of hearing his name every day.

u cant lose respect for a guy that was forced to retire from a bad general manager..favre wants to play let him play...micheal jordan did the same thing and yet everyone still loves him

LoL. Since when was he forced to retire? You don't get on national television and cry like a baby for nothing. It's obvious he was mad over the Randy Moss deal, but the way he did things was completely stupid. If you want to be traded, ask to be traded. If they say no to that, then make it public. It was stupid to retire and create another drama filled off season. He's known for that crap now and that's not good on his rep.

Heck, the genius was calling the Vikings on a Packer issued phone at the end of the season...repeatedly. I mean come on! It was bad enough hearing Madden talk about him constantly. Now we have to hear everyone else in the media.
