For photo editing and storage with a budget, Photoshop Lightroom 2.0 or Photoshop Elements and or CS3? The point here is Lightroom seems user friendly and now allows dodging and other techniques that it didn't use to. So need your advice. I won't need all the graphic arts add ons. Thanks!

For general photo editing, organization and storage you might look at Picasa http://picasa.google.com/. It is free and very popular for photo management and reasonable editing capabilities.
