This is the second day in a row that our gas stations haven't even had gas. It was around 5 bucks right before they ran out.

If there's anything to be happy about Monday, it's that oil prices look like they will continue to move lower. Futures trading Sunday put crude oil in New York at $99.67 a barrel, down $1.51 from Friday and down more than 33% from highs reached in July.
The drop in crude prices comes after Hurricane Ike barreled into Texas over the weekend. It is not clear, however, what damage Ike did to oil and gas platforms and pipelines as well as refineries on shore. AAA said Sunday that the national average price of gasoline was $3.795 a gallon, up slightly from Saturday.
OK can U say GOUGING???

Hurricane Ike put a increase, the slight trouble with refinerys in Alberta didnt help. And i think the Saudis pulled out of OPEC yesterday, which probably wouldnt effect me personally.
Stupid Petro Canada having a screw up at the refinery left me with no gas for a couple days, i dont like Shell lol.
and above all, They are gouging it terribly.
Oh and again the Nigerian Militants Declaring war on the Oil Industry in the Oil rich Niger Delta region, that wont help things in the long run, Shell has already cut off half its production there.

$4.99 everywhere I look in Knoxville, TN this morning. Some gas stations are not even putting prices on their signs, so that you have to pull in to see what they are. One station even posted $4.XX for the price. They just left it blank! A-holes! Where are the people that are supposed to stand up for us and come down on these gougers? Oh...nevermind...probably in their garage stacking up their gas containers filled at the lowest price they could find before they started the whole"gas scare".
