Work for Lowes, am currently opening a brand new store and setting it up for a grand opening in about 2 weeks. Currently a "Flooring Sales Specialist". Lowes has good special order and sales incentives. I did work for a Home Depot at one point, but Lowes is better 10 fold.

Job:
Application Analyst for a 7 "major" facility health care system, and work on an as needed basis as a nurse in surgery at the largest facility of the system.
Likes:
I get to "analyze" the workflow of a department (currently Cardiac Catherization Labs) and help configure, customize, etc. the application(s) so work documentation/reporting can be done efficiently and accurately. In surgery I get to help out in some cool surgeries.
Dislikes:
There's already a "brick wall" in the relationship between the clinical world and the IT world. There are some very resistant people when changes are "needed" and then we bend over backwards to make it work the way they think it should work, and end up having to re-work it back to how we suggested it should work. (Basically doubling, tripling work load sometimes) I'm fairly busy with my primary job that I don't get to help in surgery as much as I'd like to.

I am a Detective with a sheriff's department in So. California. Been in the business for over 24 years. I am currently assigned to the academy and i like my job, no real down sides now. I work Mon-Fri with every other friday off, including weekends and holidays.

Good sir, how bout you. From what ive been reading your still in school. Hope thats going well. Ive been so busy at work behind a computer I havnt wanted to be on one at home. Anyways, it coming up on the season to start playing again. Hope all the brothers here at uZa are doing well.

Of course, the server has slipped a little, its down to 113 at this point, but over the last year we hit #12 in the world. So its going well. How bout you, you doing well I hope.

I worked for a company called Second Chance Armor which is ran by BAE Systems. I worked as a Material Spreader and a Gerber 7200 Operator. My job was very simple, I transfered files from the plotting room to files on my computer. I load up the files for the cut I was going to do. Materials I cut was Quilt, Cotton, Polyduct, Microfiber, Microflex (Stab proof Material) and Ballistic Material. Second Chance Armor is/was rated #1 in Soft Body Armor for Military, Police, SWAT, ETE.....
I hated the job because of new ownership and since then the company is going down hill. Huge layoffs, production slowing down (Closing/Moving not sure). Because of all the B.S. that is going on there, they are looking for any excuse to lay/fire people. I happen to be one of thoughs people 3 days ago. ATM I don't know what I am going to do but I am looking.

| Thanks CG, at least my unenjoyment checks are really close to what I was making so thats not bad. Losing Benifits is the worst part.
