I would try it, but apparently you have to pre-order the game to play it. I think it's pretty lame.

Anyone having any trouble with the email verification process on the callofduty site? I've tried 2 different accounts now and neither one of them have gotten the verification email.

Yes me too though if you log in and go to your account Then go click or follow jacks link the key is there already.

I had some problems, but it is working fine now. Followed what Jack wrote and updated my DirectX, like ChaosFlip suggested. 
Nice graphics, but it is very much the same as COD4 (with a WWII mod).
The dogs are nice though!

I have a beta server up at "{uZa}COD5 Beta Server" (you can find it in the browser) or /connect 67.19.62.215.
It's just like COD4... If you like COD4, you will like this. Nothing really new about it except the tanks... the dogs are just the helicopter revisited (fire and forget, and annoying as hell), the satchel isn't the satchel from UO, it's just the C4 from COD4 with a new name. The maps are nice, but not any nicer than the ones in COD4. The tanks are nice, but damn... they are hard to kill.
I'm not disappointed exactly, I kinda like COD4. But I don't see it being any more popular than COD4 with the clan after the first few weeks. It's more of the same.
Looking forward to the single player when it is released, they are always fun.
