I for one enjoy the new COD5...but from what I have heard, not a lot are impressed with it....are you going to buy it and play? please let me know....

I got on the uZa Beta server last night and let Videoman beat the hell out of me for a while.
Game looks real nice. I'm jsut afraid it will be EXACTLY like CoD4. Lots of players until they max their rank then the game dies a quick death. 
I'll likely buy it regardless.

I'll buy it. I expect it will be fairly popular (as Freaky says) until everyone levels up, then it will drop off much as COD4 did. As soon as they are available I will put up a server with custom maps (be nice if it used the COD4 ones without changing them) and speed it up and such, but I don't hold out much hope that this will be the new UO.

I'm gonna pass on this one for various reasons. One of them being that I'm tired of CoD, I guess. I'm going to go for something else right now.
I might pick this one up eventually, but I doubt it.

That's what it needs! They need to open up the perks system like they did with custom maps and other mods. Then we could add perks like being able to let loose Tyrannosaurus Rex's as well as dogs, or have a "depantser" bullet for the Mosin Nagent that makes the enemies pants fall down around their ankles.

I'm still on the fence with this game. If I do buy it, it will be on console. Still not quite sure if it's worth the money.

I will get it for the single player.I see they have stuck to WW2 realism I got shot last night with an MP40 with a silencer on it and what looked like a red dot scope  I noticed you get a silencer for the thompson too.

There is an enhanced sight / scope for the Thompson too. I suppose they wanted to have as many "perks" as possible to make it worth leveling up.

it is the same as cod4 , think it will not be played that long because it will be the same again .
