Eagle... After I populated the "friends" list in the COOP game mode, the only server showing is "CODWaWHOS". I noticed in ur instructions it shows "{uZa}. It will not let me change to our server!? Am I missing a step???

That is because in co-op mode you play on the hosts PC there is not a server as such.
