DONT KNOW HOW...
ANYONE HAVE ANY GOOD TOOLS TO GET RID OF IT?
HELP ME OUT...
WIFE IS BANNED FROM MY COMPUTER!

Boot up into safe mode (hit F8 when the computer first starts to boot) and run your virus scanner in manual mode to find and destroy the virus.

You will probably find it is called virtumonde.this is the only proper nasty I ever picked up It took a few goes but I got rid of it using this. http://vundofix.atribune.org/
Though your antivirus should get it.also spybot will find it too,but there are a few versions of the trojan out there.

Spybot has been great for that little bugger for years... it's not so much a virus as it is malware/crap...

SEEMS AS THO, I DIDNT GET RID OF IT...
TRIED ALL THOSE THINGS... BUT POPS BACK UP
SPYBOT IS NOT EVEN GETTING RID OF IT...
HMMM...

Could be hiding in system restore or temp files.Once you get rid of it get Spyware blaster or Windows defender to keep stuff like that at bay.But I am off to sleep now.

This is very good software, but I caution you, if you are not tech savy, have someone around who is. It will get rid of everthing. Follow the instructions. You do not want any windows files removed.
