RULES FOR SIG-OF-THE-WEEK CONTEST |

Please follow these rules before posting your sig.
****please refrain from making comment posts in the entry thread until the cycle is over and winner is announced!!****
1. This competition is Bi-Weekly.
2. Anyone can enter, this is not just for uZa members, it is for everyone.
3. You cannot enter the same sig twice or one that was entered previously.
4. Any sig determined to be ripped will be disqualified.
5. Any sig that is offensive in any fashion will be removed from the competition.
6. You can't enter a sig you did not make yourself.
7. You may only enter 2 entries per cycle. once the entry is posted, you may only make changes to the existing entry, but no replace it with another SIG.
8. The contest will go to the Friday of every other week and be closed at 12am Friday night-Saturday morning for judging. This will be a 2 week cycle for each contest.
9. If you are a judge, you cannot enter the contest. If you want to enter the contest, please let me know so you can be removed as a judge, thanks!
SIZE LIMITATIONS-
10. Animation is allowed, but please keep the kb size below 250kb, anything over is not allowed.
11. Size of the sig will be limited to no more than 600 pixels x 200 pixels

What if we completly brush a sig, and then change the brushings to look like a totally new sig? That counts?

I'm sure renders and photos from a google search are allowed..if not then the entries will be very limited

Also, in our original set up for the sig contest it was thought best if we had a "theme" for each contest period. This should be brought into the rules as it makes judging difficult and much less objective without a theme.
It could be a certain group of colors, a certain game, a certain render, it could be on text only, animation, in winter it could be a snow theme, Christmas, during July it may be a patriotic theme, sports, etc, etc, etc.

In light of Colin McRae's unexpected death, I made a sig in memory of the great driver. (Image curtosy of Colin McRae DiRT - one of the best racing games ever) The fonts and brushing I obivously did myself. I also 'dirtied' up the render a little bit too.
Hope it's ok to add.
