Well I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, in my sleep study I stopped breathing on the average of 82.5 times per hour. Well yesterday I finally got a machine called a CPAP. Last nite was a little awkward but I finally fell asleep and got about 5 hours of sleep. Man what a difference that little machine made, for the first time in years I feel alive, awake, and ready for the day! Man I can't wait till I have a full 8 hours. The device I wear at nite is not exactly sexy for my wife to see, but hell I am old and so is she If you feel run down, feel like your not sleeping, lifeless, wake up with headaches, go see your doctor ASAP. You may have sleep apnea. It can kill you.
